Open Farm Community
Open Farm Community is an impassioned restaurant hidden from the world in a little urban garden in the big city. Dine with us, inform and inspire us to do right by each other and the planet. We try our hardest to keep things sustainable here, please do your best to share that drive while you are visiting (and feel free to take it home).
We support a large network of local and Southeast Asian organic growers, herders, food fanatics and general busybodies who are in the business of bringing culture back into agriculture. We try to limit single use plastics, recycle vigorously, and do our best to limit wasteful water and electricity usage. We rethink the way we respect ingredients, aspire to throw very little away, and strive to share our passion with our team and our guests. We are inspired by the abundance of nature and do our best to take care of it so that future generations can be as well. Our dearest hope is that people connect to each other over meals at our restaurant.
Eat well, live well, and be merry – there is so much to celebrate.
Kontiki presents a casual waterfront dining experience overlooking the spectacular Kallang River and Marina Bay City skyline, uniquely tucked next to the iconic Benjamin Sheares Bridge. Dine with a laid-back casual chic and riverside vibe complemented by glorious views of the city skyline, elegant palm trees and lush wide-open lawns.
Among the attractions of this 120-seater restaurant:
- A bar that celebrates cocktail, beer and wine culture yet also offers a good old-fashioned milkshake.
- An intimate indoor dining room exhibiting intricate and eclectic details – hand-painted koi fishes on rough cement floor, hand-built maple wood canoe, torpedo air-ducts on ceiling and captivating cassette tape tables with the warmth of a fireplace permeating through plenty of wood charm.
- Canopy shaded and breezy patio for outdoor dining with views of Marina Bay skyline.
Kontiki is an easy place where you’d want to sit back and just enjoy yourself under the sky, with fresh breeze, sun-kissed water and great company. Kontiki says ‘relax’. You’ll know as soon you arrive!

Five &2 Bistro
Five &2 believe in the shared responsibility and commitment to our community members – our customers, our employees and the underprivileged – a better quality of life.
Sustenance is the cornerstone of one’s body and mind development, yet not everyone has access to such basic provision. We are thus dedicated to reach out to the young and underprivileged in our midst, so they too can enjoy good nutritional food necessary for productive and positive living. We work with family welfare organisations to invite underprivileged families to Five &2 for a nutritious meal.
By embracing disruptive technologies to create an inclusive workplace environment at Five &2, we are also able to provide equal job opportunities for all, including persons with disabilities and ex-inmates, creating a sustainable and meaningful future for the different multitudes in our community.
The Coastal Settlement
The Coastal Settlement is a casual dining restaurant, café and bar, surrounded by lush trees, shrubs and green fields; you can even take a peek of the sea while dining. Occasionally, you can chance upon a cruise ship sailing by and cackling hornbills in their flights.
The interior is decorated with all things of the past – literally a museum filled with retro memorabilia, paintings, vintage vehicles, nostalgic gadgets and antique furniture. Our menu is also carefully curated to incorporate various local flavours with a contemporary twist. Take a moment here, relax, imagine, savour, enjoy, and reminisce the old days gone by. Tell your family and friends about this place, there will be much to talk about!
A sneak into the history:… previously known as Block 20, Changi Camp, it was used by the Royal Air Force (RAF) as a fault control and telephone exchange, operated by the 19 Signal Regimen. In fact, this general area was known as the Changi Military Base in the British times. If you have more stories, do share it with us!

Wildseed Cafe (The Summerhouse)
Nestled within The Summerhouse, summer lingers through the floral Wildseed Café with nature all around. The indoor air-conditioned garden dining space and the breezy outdoor area is decked out with plants and florals, resulting in a scent-filled garden atmosphere.
Wildseed is an inviting home away from home where you can bask in the countryside of Seletar and relax with your friends and families, with hearty brunch fare, good coffee and more.
Chow Cute Cafe
It’s not a lion, it’s not a bear, but it is a chow chow!
A dog breed which is said to have originated from Northern China, where it is called Songshi Quan which means “puffy-lion dog”.
Legend has it that the Chow was once special dog-dragon: but he totally hated nights. He hated them so much that one night he decided to lick the dark sky to make the daylight show up. This made the Gods so angry that they took revenge and left him blue tongued forever.
With its blue tongue and furry mane, the Chow is a truly remarkable dog – with a laid-back attitude as well as a loyal and protective nature.
At the Chow Cute Cafe, find out more about these magnificent Chows up close and personal!
Tanjong Beach Club
The Garden Slug
The Garden Slug is one of Singapore’s longest-standing thematic restaurants. In 2006, we were looking for a cosy place that served hearty, rustic food in big portions. There were none – so we opened our own. 15 years later, in 2021 – when everyone else says “go big or go home”, we decide to go small instead. So TGS Petite was born.
We serve slow food – where almost everything is made fresh, by hand, from scratch. Share a family-style meal, meet friends for happy hour, host a private event, or sit in a quiet corner with a good book. It’s always relaxed and casual at ours, no pretensions. Come as you are and feel at home right away.
Five Oars Coffee Roasters (Upper East Coast)
As the story goes, we were just friends in a living room, raving about the simple satisfaction that great coffee brings and Five Oars Coffee Roasters was born.
We sought to discover flavours and aromas of life hidden in bean varietals all over the world, and make them known to the world back home. Delicious food and coffee, coupled with unforgettable service can catch you up in the weekend you so crave and deserve — We know this from experience.
But we needed to carve out a place of respite in our concrete jungle to practice and enjoy our craft with those who appreciate it most. That sense of comfort in community is our anchor.
Canopy Garden Dining (Hort Park)
Canopy’s latest outlet features an all-day dining restaurant surrounded by lush greenery in Hort Park. Be tantalised by an extensive menu including brunch items, pastas, burgers, pizzas, mains and more. Bring your furry friends along too!
